Huge hunt for California girls, 2 and 3, abducted after their mother was murdered
Police have issued an Amber Alert for two little girls after their mother was found dead in central California. Kings County Sheriff's Office said officers were called to a home in Hanford, in the San Joaquin Valley, around 4pm on Tuesday. They attended the property on the 11500 block of Fourth Place, where they found a woman dead with a gunshot wound. The victim has not been named. Detectives have identified the children's father, Jonathan Alexis Maldonado-Cruz, 23, of Hanford, as the primary suspect.
