An aviation expert has revealed that the passengers aboard the plane that crashed in Washington DC would have had terrifying final moments if they survived the impact with the Army chopper. Former U.S. Air Force navigator Jim Brauchle said the crash near the Reagan National Airport happened in a matter of seconds, and it's likely the passengers never realized what was happening, as the impact would have killed most of them instantly.
