Barstool boss Dave Portnoy has given his verdict on singer Miley Cyrus's controversial red-carpet look at the Oscars on Sunday night, saying she does not look good without her eyebrows. Cyrus debuted her eyebrow-less look at the glitzy Hollywood award show in a black beaded Alexander McQueen gown. While posing for solo photos and ones with boyfriend Maxx Morando, the 'Wrecking Ball' singers most flashy accessory was her eyebrows. 'I'm a huge Miley fan.
